Well, we did it. We showed that you can have a delicious fortified mead from our Central Texas meadery. We have distilled two different flavors and blended them back to themselves to double their ABV. Ancho and Berserker are now being sold at 23.5%. Oh, and we can't forget that we aged the Berserker in oak, making it a unique offering from our Central Texas winery that even the most discerning wine curmudgeon would appreciate.
