Curmudgeons Mead

Ancho, get ready for a blend of the old world with a Hispanic flare. This mead mixes local honey with traditional smoked poblano peppers, e.g. Ancho Chilis, providing a complex flavor which can range from earthy to sweet depending on the person with a mild kick at the end. We have yet to find anything this doesn't pair well with and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Blackberries are a southern staple from cobbler and pie to homemade wine. We have taken the light freshness of Blackberry's, added honey, and produced an offspring that's wildly good. Sweet and a little tart, but not like the neighbor next door, we are hoping Bam-Ba-Lam becomes a staple for your home. 

Berserker is a traditional mead made with honey and honey alone. It surely will go down smooth so that you will drink it until you go berserk. For those of you that need to self medicate because your boss is an idiot. Enjoy.

But did you die is made with fresh pressed coffee and contains caffeine! If you like coffee, you're gonna love this. With a taste of coffee, honey, and subtle hints of vanilla, this is sure to put hair on your chest.
